About Us

Our names are Miguel & Núria, we have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry in both hotels and restaurants. College graduates in Tourism and Hotel Management in CETT Barcelona, Spain, we have spent the last 4 years living, working and studying in Australia. This is where we discovered the amazing world of coffee; we are both passionate coffee drinkers and love the art of making a great coffee. We have been able to perfect our technique by working as baristas and by undertaking specialist courses that allow our customers to experience our quality products first hand.

What do we do?

We believe that to be able to produce a quality product it is essential to select the best raw ingredients possible and have a passion for what you are creating. That is what we offer our customers, a quality coffee using only the best products complemented with our creative latte art, a technique that turns every coffee into a little unique piece of artwork. We also design and produce our own range of mini cupcakes, biscuits and other sweets so you can enjoy both your coffee and a sweet treat.

How do we do it?

Using the Velopresso, an international award winning tricycle & coffee machine created in London that combines great mobility and excellent espresso machinery with an ultra-low-carbon, pedal-powered operation that requires no electricity.
We use a gas bottle to heat the coffee machine and the energy that we create from our pedaling is used to grind and extract the coffee.

Where do we go?

We provide our services at all types of events including; Conferences, Exhibitions, Seminars, Corporate Meetings, Trade Shows, Traditional Festivals, Markets, etc. Therefore you just need to fill in our Client Request Form explaining your needs and any special requests and we will look after the rest.

The quality of our raw ingredients is essential and the reason why we use brands that offer us the best products to make our coffees.

The espresso coffees we use has a strong and sophisticated taste. This is the result of various coffees 100% Arabics that have been selected and toasted with almond shell for Delsams coffees. Our excellent range of teas is provided by Sans & Sans.

The fresh milk we use comes from Granges El Prat, a full cream milk with full body and flavor that allows us to obtain a great froth.

Our pastries and other confectionery are 100% homemade.
